Pirates - Sharp Practice in the Caribbean

Saturday Special Shrimp on the Cutlass - Pirates raid St Powder Springs along Sweetwater River
Pirate Brawl over the curse of Aztec Gold  - Sound Familiar?
Natives were restless as well!
To save time the table served as the Pirate map for treasure

Sharp Practice Pirate Game went well , we got in 8 to 10 turns - John  "Morgan" the visiting gamemaster (VG) finished third with three broken crews , and constant ambuscades by hiding natives harried him as he approached the hidden treasure on his map. He did capture  portion of the Cursed Aztec treasure of the Black Pearl, Almost forgot it in his hurry to get back to the ship (thought the skeleton pirate crew recruits he garnished would have given him a clue on that curse of the treasure) The Ottoman Corsairs under Stephen Sulleyman garnished most of the treasure. and the main militia supply of ammunition. Captain Radzig Barbossa and Commodore Norrington kept the VG busy, while the Pious Catholic Captain Redbeard 5th rate snuck past and barely boarded the Red Scorpion just beating out one of the VG crews trying to secure the ship for the Capitan and his Aztec Gold. This crew just trotted up in hot pursuit and watched in vain as the Red Scorpion lifted anchor and pushed off leaving them behind.  Pyrrhic Victory as the Captain Redbeard has now declared himself an independent privateer! Especially after Barbossa was wounded seriously that he could only partially influence his remaining crew and Captain Redbeard the younger died with his portion of the crew.

The Natives finished fourth having caused a lot of minor casualties
and a general nuisance of themselves.

UPDATE: In the course of the clean up effort after the pillaging by the know infamous Black Pearl - A wounded pirate was found on the beach from the Captain John's crew, pending trial - he will either go to the gallows or be impressed into the Kings Navy. Captain RedBeard Pappelis has offered to ransome him the royal governor is considering this possibility as well.
